clear: left; overflow: hidden;">人民銀行及香港金融管理局聯合公布，為促進香港與內地債券市場共同發展，人行及金管局決定批准中國外匯交易中心暨全國銀行間同業拆借中心、中央國債登記結算、銀行間市場清算所及香港交易及結算有限公司、香港債務工具中央結算系統(以下統稱兩地基礎設施機構)，於香港與內地債券市場互聯互通合作上線(簡稱債券通)。其中，「北向通」將於2017年7月3日上線試運行。<br><br>公布指出，目前「北向通」相關法規、業務規則、操作方案及監管安排均已確定，技術系統準備就緒，市場宣傳推介和入市準備工作正在積極開展。<br><br>人行與金管局已就「債券通」所涉及的跨境監管合作原則等相關事項達成共識，並簽署了《「債券通」項目下中國人民銀行與香港金融管理局加強監管合作諒解備忘錄》。雙方約定，根據兩地的法律和各自法定權限，雙方建立有效的信息交換與協助執行機制，加強監管合作，共同打擊跨境違法違規行為，確保項目有效運作。<br><br>兩地基礎設施機構應當依法合規履行「債券通」各項職責，組織市場各方有序開展「債券通」業務，協助「北向通」投資者充分了解內地債券市場法律法規、業務規則、審慎評估投資風險並充分做好進入全國銀行間債券市場的準備工作。</p></div></div>
