<h1 style="padding-top: 30px; list-style: none; width: 640px; float: left; overflow: hidden; font-size: 26px; font-family: 黑体; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: normal; line-height: 28px;">航天纪念钞币月底发行 今天起可去银行预约</h1><div class="font_time" style="width: 640px; float: left; overflow: hidden; color: rgb(102, 102, 102); padding-top: 8px; font-family: 宋体, 'Times New Roman', Times, serif, 宋体; font-size: 12px; line-height: 28px;"><div style="float: left; width: 530px;">2015-11-10 09:41:17 [来源:<a href="http://sxdsb.voc.com.cn/" target="_blank" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">三湘都市报</a>]</div><div style="float: left; width: 530px;"><span style="text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-size: 16px;">航天纪念钞币月底发行 今天起，市民可去指定银行网点或网上预约 </span><span style="text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-size: 16px;"> </span></div></div><div id="content" style="width: 640px; overflow: hidden; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); padding-top: 20px; font-family: 宋体, 'Times New Roman', Times, serif, 宋体; line-height: 28px;"><p align="center" style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;"></p><p align="center" style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none;"></p><p align="center" style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none;"></p><p align="center" style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none;"></p>中国航天普通纪念币和航天纪念钞图案。 <br> <p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none;"></p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">本报11月9日讯 上个月，市民在银行排队兑换抗战胜利70周年纪念币的情景，想必很多人记忆犹新。半个月后，壮景可能又将重现。近日，央行发布公告，定于11月26日发行中国航天普通纪念币一枚、中国航天纪念钞一张。与兑换抗战胜利70周年纪念币不同的是，这次新增了预约功能，11月10日开始，湖南人即可在农行网站或多家银行指定网点进行预约。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>湖南分到360万枚纪念币</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">公告显示，中国航天普通纪念币面额为10元，直径为27毫米，材质为双色铜合金，发行数量为1亿枚。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">纪念币背面主景图案为神舟九号近轨对接航天器图案，背景外环上方自右起分别为东方红一号卫星、神舟五号、嫦娥一号、探月月球车、代表中国古代飞天梦的民间图腾图案，左下方为抽象的地球和长2F运载火箭图案，右下方为由和平鸽演变成的五角星和星星图案。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">中国航天纪念钞面额为100元，票面长为155毫米，票面宽为77毫米，发行数量为3亿张。该纪念钞主色调为蓝色，正面主景图案为神舟九号飞船与天宫一号交会对接图案。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">此次发行的纪念币和纪念钞与现行流通人民币职能相同，与同面额人民币等值流通。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">航天纪念币、纪念钞在各地区的调拨数量各有不同，11月9日，三湘都市报记者从中国人民银行长沙中心支行了解到，湖南地区航天纪念币的数量是360万枚，纪念钞的调拨数量是1100万张，其中长沙分配的纪念币和纪念钞分别为96.2万枚、296万张。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>观点</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>航天纪念钞升值空间大</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">“纪念钞是为了纪念重大事件而特别发行的钞票，中国航天纪念钞将是新中国成立以来央行发行的第四枚纪念钞，纪念意义较高。”湖南省收藏协会副会长、钱币专家卢伯雄介绍，目前央行发行过的纪念钞包括1999年发行的庆祝中华人民共和国成立50周年纪念钞、2000年发行的迎接新世纪纪念钞、2008年发行的第29届奥林匹克运动会纪念钞。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">“第29届奥林匹克运动会纪念钞为10元面值，发行量为600万张，目前市场价格将近5000元了。”卢伯雄表示，纪念钞主要是用于收藏，也是一种文化，我国16年来总共才发行了4次纪念钞，虽然此次航天纪念钞发行量大，但升值空间依然很大。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>可通过网站预约兑换</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">此次航天纪念币、航天纪念钞的发行采用预约发行和现场发行相结合的方式，湖南地区预约发行的承办机构为中国农业银行湖南省分行，现场发行的承办机构包括中国银行、交通银行、农业银行等多家银行。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">根据安排，中国航天普通纪念币和纪念钞于11月10日-11月25日预约，市民可通过农行官网或前往各银行指定的营业网点进行预约兑换登记。网上预约可接受5个身份证号码的捆绑预约，每个身份证最多预约3个纪念币和10张纪念钞。11月26日至12月16日，预约成功的市民可按约定时间，持在预约系统登记的身份证件，到约定的网点办理兑换业务。</p><p align="left" style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; list-style: none; text-indent: 2em;">而现场兑换的时间为12月14日-16日。为了能让市民更便捷地选择兑换网点，记者对我省指定兑换网点进行了整理，市民只需关注微信公众号（华声财经：huashengcaijing），即可查询到离家最近的兑换网点。■记者 潘显璇 实习生 卓凌宇 胡晓春</p></div><p></p>
