New to Metastock - it stops to receive data

Hi, just installed Metastock and BP layout for 1min5min, but the chart on Metastock freezes. Tried to delete the data but still the same.

Any idea what went wrong?

I tried almost every methods mentioned:
- resetting the symbol;
- changed the x-axis properties;
- reinstalled the program. 

But no change, the chart / layout freezes..........

Reset Symbols後是要接收兩日的數據，你如果已經下載一份昨天的數據，你只要

修改Last Data Date，調整至你上日接受的日期，之後Logout Antenna再Login就

可以正常接收

對不起 ~ 現在才看到你的問題 ~

其實你可以找我, 我便可以第一時間替你解決 !

但如果你想學如何解決, 那以下是步驟:

1) 先關閉 MetaStock + Antenna 一次

2) 打開 The Downloader 選用 Tools -> Delete -> data

     選取要刪除的代號, 按下 Delete , 選用 After Date 及調效好日期時間 按 OK

     以你個例子應該選 2月4日 00:00:00 便可以

3) 重新開啟 MetaStock Pro

4) 到 Antenna ,  programe->symbol -> reset symbol

    Double click 該代號的記錄, 將該代號的時間調較回 2009-Feb-04 00:00:00

    記得按下 Update All

 

5)  正常開圖表及接收資料便可以 (F)
