Metastock System Tester 問題

Hi Matthew,

I wrote a simple programme to test the Metastock System Tester.
Like the following:

Buy order
gaup:=l>ref(h,-1);
gaup

Sell order
gado:=h<ref(l,-1);
gado

However, when I use " plot on Chart" function after system testing, I found the buy/sell singal is not the bar what the programme wrote, the buy/sell singal 出現係 signal 右邊既第一 bar

How can I correct it ? Anything we should alert when use the system tester ??

正常 !!

因為通常system tester 都是處理盤後資料用,
所以設計者預設係使用第2天的資料才入市,
所以便會於訊號後的一支燭才會有買賣訊號~

而使用過程中有一頁係有這個選項的調較:

I tried to change the "Trade execution" to delay 0 bars, but the situation still occur.....

Is possible to set the buy signal to the correct bar? As i want to have a system testing, move forward to next bar will affect the result....

delay 0 外, 不要選用"Realistic Market Prices" 便可以~

Realistic Market Prices
When this box is checked, any triggered order executes at the
open of the next bar.
When it's unchecked, the Buy, Sell, Sell Short and/or
Buy to Cover Prices execute at the specified values
(Open, Close, High or Low).
